Its history is intense since the origins and it interlaces with the contrasts between Guelfi and Ghibellines, Empire and Common, before with Federico Barbarossa, then with Federico II. For monaci the cistercensi Effettuare a route between Milan and Pavia wants to say, to the days ours, to cross one of the agricultural zones more rigogliose of Italy. A time, but, was not therefore. The graminacee were in fact destined to upset a earth that the water wealth rendered therefore adapted to satisfy the requirements of these cultivations.
